Question Worth the Wait???

Since this will be my first new vehicle purchase, I want to cover all the bases. I am torn between a '04 f-350 cc dually and a '05 f-350 cc dually. I have decided on the XLT 6.0 with torqueshift 4X2. A local dealer has a '04 on the lot and we came close on trading but not quiet close enough. After leaving, I am condsidering waiting a few months on the '05 but I'm afraid my dealer is just playing games and will call me in a few days saying he can meet my offer. That brings me to my question...
In your opinion, is the '05 worth the wait??

Question One More Question

Is the factory installed trailer brake controller standard or an option on the '05 Superduty??

Thanks for the input.

It is an option or at least it was when I ordered mine last Friday. I do not recall how much it added but I rememeber it did not seem to be very much. Don't quote me on this but I think it was around $200 but then again after ordering so many options the numbers started to blur. By the way I was asking the same question a few week ago and these guys here made a pretty compelling argument in favor of the '05.
