until the 24HRS of Adrenalin race at Canmore that I'm entered in. For the non-mountain bikers, this is a 24 hr relay race on a 17-20 km course in the mountains. We just had out first child in March so I'm finding it tough getting in the training for this race. I'm going to be one "hurt'n Albertan" during and after the July 17 weekend!!!!
