Mythbusters !

I was talking to a tech who works at one of the larger Ford dealers in this area, and he said that Ford bought Sterling truck back and was making the Louisville series trucks again. He said that they had just gotten 2 '04 L-9000's in with huge Ford ovals in place of the Sterling "S".

I don't believe him, but if he is right can someone please correct me?

For what it's worth, I went to the Sterling Trucks web site. The most recent news release is from April 2004. No mention anywhere (that I could fine) of Sterling being bought by Ford.
