header question
Hi everyone, I've been lurking around here for awhile now learning all I can about these trucks. I tried to use the search to answer my question but I could'nt find anything... anyway, I've got a 73 F100 long bed w/ the 302 auto. Its stock except for a K&N & I added and upgraded ignition. I want some headers for it as my manifolds are at the end of there life and need to be replaced, I don't want to put some crappy manifolds back on it. So could anyone give me some parts numbers or somthing. I would prefer long tubes but anything will do just so I get more power

first things first- welcome to FTE! it is truly a wonderful site as you have (or might) find out...
as for headers i really cant tell you much except that you get what you pay for. there are many things to consider: tube size, flange thickness, coatings or paintings, etc. etc. i know that there are lots available, but you might want to give ebay a shot.
