need windshield frame

does anyone have an extra windshield frame for electric motor wipers?

new ones, with a new hinge already on it is the only way to go. tried to mess with a used one, getting it off without tearing it up. wasted a bunch of time and ended up buying a new one anyway.

I am lookjng for a new one. There was a person in this forum that mentioned that he had one, I sent him an instant message with no reply. This forum will not let me email him directly until I have 15 posts. I guess I will wait until then.

I did find one that was removed, sandlasted, repaired, and primed. The guy wants $125. Looks to be in decent shape.

Been there done that.

Ended up spending $305 for frame.
$181 to have old remove and the new one welded on.
$165 for windshield glass.
it's not cheap.
