for jeep owners
i have a 99 jeep wrangler with a 4" pro comp lift kit with the MX-6 shocks on it. i pulled it out of storage this weekend for the parade and the passenger side front is sagging 2-3 inches lower than the other side. i have done moderate off roading but nothing lately and it was fine after my last trail ride. anyone have any suggestions on what it could be. i used a hi-lift jack to flex the suspension and drove it around for the weekend and nothing helped. also anyone know how i can get a hold of pro-comp directly, i can't find their website anymore. thanks

Hey Pirate, any luck on your Jeep? I have a 93 YJ that has a ProComp lift and its about like having no suspension its so stiff, but yours is a coil spring susension on your year TJ, so it may have had one of your coil springs loose its tension and go flat.

no, no luck yet haven't gotten any more info, i can't find any info from pro comp. i have never heard of a coil spring going dead before, breaking yes but never losing their spring that is why i am so confused. did you just put your lift on? when i put mine on it was very stiff and hasn't really softened yet... so give yours some time and it should soften a little bit. maybe the rest of my springs will relax also and my jeep will be level again.

No, my lift has been on for quite some time, it was on the YJ when I bout it 3 or 4 years ago, still stif as a poker. I'll be putting on a whole new set-up soon, so that Pro-Comp is sonn to be anchor material.
