91 F150 stall under light throttle

Greetings, I have 91 F150, 351, E4OD, 130K mi, with following problems I am trying to track down.
1. Truck starts fine and runs good when warm. With light throttle pressure such as pulling up my driveway the engine will stall(cold or hot engine). If I give it the gas it goes on. I have cleaned EGR, BAS(idle air solenoid) and checked codes. I get 11 and 512(Kam memory- would unhooking Batt. for terminal cleaning cause 512?). Timing checked(w/spout out) at 12 deg btdc. Vacuum lines that I can find are ok. Man. vacuum runs around 12-15 in. with idle at 650 and not much over 18 with engine at 2000rpm. New plugs and ignition coil terminal cleaned. New air filter and PCV filter. How do you get that pesky PCV out to clean?

2. E4OD tranny question. Shifts 1,2,3 good. Torque converter very rough and shudders. Truck has been setting for about 3 months before I got it about 3 weeks ago. Ideas? (This one may be posted in wrong forum, if so, my apologies)

3. One more: How much if any would a Flowmaster 80 with dual exhaust from the CAT help this truck in performance and mileage? She gets around 15 mpg now city and road.

I have spent much time reading over postings in this group and find that there are some very knowledgable folks here.

Yes, I believe it can cause that code.

Check the tps voltage throughout the throttle travel to make sure the voltage increase is smooth with no spikes or dips. It should have ~.9V at closed throttle, and ~4.8V at full throttle (check with engine off). If you don't have a haynes manual, I recommend getting one, as they are very helpful. An exhaust sure won't hurt anything. To me, those vacuum numbers seem low, but I have nothing to compare them to, so I don't know for sure.
