tranny swap.
I have a 1979 Bronco that i am putting back together. i just recently got the new motor put in(300 I-6) i have the bellhousing on. and the tranny is sitting right next to the truck and will go in on tuesday. tranny came out of a 1985-1987 F150. i believe it is a TOD. it has overdrive, aluminum case, and has an integeral shifter. what i want to know is if the holes on my crossmember(1979) will line up with the bolts on the tranny mount?

got it in today. tranny mount didnt line up with any holes in the crossmember. will make my own holes tomorrow for it. no biggy just a slight snag in it. this project is coming closer to being done. i cant wait to take it for a drive.
