The Warranty Plate has a rear axle code. Post it here, and we can decode it for you. Be sure to post the entire series of codes; they often were not where they should be on the plate and the sequence occasionally has to be used to figure out which code is for the axle.

Most likely, you have a Ford 9" as this was the most common rear end in trucks for the dealers. Since you did not list a DSO number, I am assuming the dealer did not special order ths truck so it would stand to reason it was a standard order truck.
A 223 CID I-6 with a 3 spd or 3spd OD in 61 thru 64 could well be a Dana rear axle, like Pro-Street says if the rear of the housing is held on with bolts that's what it is, but if if has a 3dr member that loads gom the front of the case then a 9" is what it is,
If I'm not mistaken both the Dana & FoMoCo 9" had 3.89:1 ratio available in 64.
