460---3x2

Hi. Can anyone tell me if someone made a intake manifold for a 460 with 3 2-barrel carbs? Or 2 4-barrels carbs? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.

Edelbrock and some others make a 2X4 Tunnel ram for the 429/460 (way cool on looks but not very street friendly) but I dont recall anyone making a 2X4 or 3 duece low profile for them, altho that doesnt mean somebody didnt make them years ago

429-460 Intakes

You can buy the intakes your in search of from a Blue Thunder dealer, they make a really sweet 2x4 that is a dual plane intake that will fit under your hood with ease. I have owned and used several of these intake. Also I have seen some experimental 3x2 intakes that Ford made in 69/70 era. I know Jay Cushman has at least one of these , but If you want it your going to pay dearly $1500-$2000 Best bet is a new 2-4 Blue Thunder intake around $450 last time I bought one. Good Luck Tom
