Get a hold of Rick at Carolina Classics. They make really nice replacement floors (and mounts) for old Slicks.

Wow, they finally built a site.
I used thier pans and was impressed with the overall fit. The only exception was the width of the pans. They fell about 1/2" short of reaching the kick panels when I lined everything up.
