Disabling Fuel System?????????????

Got a 1996 F150 and getting ready to use my new Superchips 1715. Will pulling the fuel sytem fuse be enough or do I need to pull the relay for the fuel system also????

just the fuse, should be a 20amp, closest to the fire wall 4th up from the fender.
