Vac system part ID
When looking at the motor from the front of the truck. To the left of the carb, sitting on the top of the intake manifold. It has 2 hard pipes coming out, one is broken off, and runs to the carb (Eidlebrock 750) the other tube has nothing hooked up to it.

Is there a name for this part? If so what is it?
Is this port or manifold vac?
What SHOULD it be hooked to?
