I put a billet grille on about a year ago. I had to take off the top radiator shroud around the hood catch, the corner lights, the headlights, and then unscrew the front grille and it's shell from the truck to seperate them. I had to have the clips on the shell that hold the grille in cut off to allow the billet grille to fit flush with the edge. The billet grille itself screwed onto the dark grey peices of plastic that run horizontally in between the grille and the radiator. Then I screwed the shell back on around the grille and added the lights and radiator shroud and was finished. It took me about 2 hours.

I just did mine this weekend and it took me about 1 1/2 hours it sucked. You have to remove about 8 clips before you can really get started and if any one has tried to remove a door panel it is those same type of clip. I ended up using and old fork and bent the fork all to hell trying to get hose tabs out. Got it install looks great I'll post some pic soon. Just take your time and be prepared to get frustrated.
