dizzy shaft
i bought a reman dizzy last winter but i noticed before that that shaft moves up and down. I don't think it is supposed to, and this small amount of play seem to affect my rotor and cap. I don't knowhow to move the lock collar so it doesn't move either.

My shaft moves a little also. Don't worry about it.
Once it is installed it will not move vertilly. The rotation of the cam gear puts downward pressure on the shaft.
The lock callor is not adjustable.
