Have a '95 7.3 PSD truck. Problem began w/ truck stalling. Would run couple minutes & shut off like key was turned off. I replaced the power train control module, fuel pump and CPS. The CPS cured the original problem but then the fuel pump wouldn't hold 40 PSI at the regulator on the fuel filter. So then I replaced the regulator, the fuel filter and the rubber fuel lines on the fuel pump and filter. Now the pressure won't build at the prime valve on the fuel filter. The fuel is not passing thru the regulator on the side of the fuel filter. When I pump fuel thru the prime valve, the engine runs fine. If I stop pumping, the engine shuts off. Anyone have any ideas about what I should try next?
Also, where can I get a Ford factory manual for diesel supplement for '95 7.3 PSD? The local Ford dealer says it's not available thru Ford.
It makes me suspect that the fuel is not moving unless you prime it manually. It would sound like a fuel pump to me put I don't know how many or where they are.

That link above is not working for me, I'll try it later, maybe it's them.

It's them. I don't know what happened to them. That's too bad too. They had what appeared to be factory repair manuals for $170.00 US. I hope they will be back so I can buy one before they disappear again.
