E4OD Puking at Torque Converter

E4OD behind a 351 in a 150 pulling 3.5x gears and 235 tires. Transmission shifts good has large external cooler in series with radiator cooler. On the road and hill pulling there are no problems. No problem 'till the truck is used to back a 2k lb trailer into a campsite when the truck is heat soaked. Transmission pukes fluid out of torque converter seal. This has happened twice under similar conditions. After transmission cools down and excess fluid drains away there is no indication of any problem. Fluid and filter have been changed. Never any signs of overheating or trash in the pan. Fluid is clear. Truck has < 60k miles. Any suggestions on how to eliminate this problem before the environmentalists see this and get their pants in a wad. I have heard of this problem with F350s and the E4OD and off road operation with these E4ODs. I have not heard of a 'fix'. Anyone have any ideas other than putting an electric fan blowing directly on the aux cooler? Would that fix the problem?

I have the same problem. It only occurs when the transmission is very hot and after I stop.

Apparently heat/pressure related. Is there a vent tube or something that might be plugged, causing high pressure in the trans and fluid to be forced out of the front seal?
