Amp / Sub Box
Ok i know my fair share about systems now, and im upgrading since i have the money to spare (or will soon enough). I just whipped down to Visions and got a buddy to hook me up with a Rockford Foscate 12" HE Sub for 100$ tax in Canadian. Pretty good. So i have a 1983 Ford Ranger 2WD Reg. Cab. Currently i have two 12" subs behind the seat now but ill be taking those out. I'm gunna be building my own bow most likly and i need some good specs for my truck. If grinded out some metal already to fit old subs in. Have fair amount of room and ill be building a sealed box. Need about 1.25 Cubic feet for this sub. anything from 1.15-1.35 will be safe. But since im going from 2 ported to one Sealed I'm also going to need to Upgrade my amp. I need some suggestions for the amp.
A buddy of mine said the Soat amps where good back in the day. Any one heard of these amps? and how do they compare now?
