Hello I would just like to know: What is the diffrence between the zf s5-42 and the s5-47?

The zf s5-42 can handle 420 lb/ft of torque and the s5-47 can handle 470 lb/ft of torque.

I never looked up the specs on the 435. I installed one in my Bronco in 92 to replace the grenaded single rail overdrive 4 speed. It has stood up to all I could throw at it and has outlasted 4 9" center sections, one 9" housing and is on it's second Bronco.

I know it's a beast, I read that it was available in the F600 dump truck!
