brake pedal help

i have owned several late 70's trucks(4x4's), but my 75' f100's brake pedal is way up in the air. it has the original power drum front(also 4x4). all my others had the brake in the normal place, very low, close to the floor with little travel. but again this 75' has lots of travel. i am getting ready to convert to 4 whell disks and would like some in put on others dealings with these years trucks. thanks

Can you keep a running total on the $$$ for the disc convert job?
I'd like to get an ideal what it might run me & my 78 2 WD.

well, i already have a 78 front with disks. just ganna swap parts, and replace whats wore out. so mostly my cost will be brake pads and bearings and such. sorry.
