I have a lariat 150 with capt chairs and the arm rest is so loose that when you place your arm on it, it drops all the way down past the stops, I have tried to tighten the torx head bolt without success, any suggestions. Would greatly appreciate any assistance

 

Usually tightening the bolt will work but if it doesn't then I would pull the cover off the armrest and then reattach the armrest and see if you can tell why it is still loose.
