Try going to startelegram.com They have them. I am a phone guy for SBC in Fort Worth. The lakes are all full and can't take any more water in D/FW. They are having to to release everything that is draing into them. It may be too late all ready. Fort Worth could end up flooding out pretty seriously. Oh well, I hope no one from here gets any damage, but I could sure use the overtime work to justify another mod for my new truck!!! KEEP RAINING!!!!!
I'm 65 miles SW of the metroplex and it just rained another 2 inches this morning. The water came up into the fields and it is about 1 feet deep in some places
Take it. I have not mowed my yard in 3 weeks because it will not dry out enough. My neighbors are about to kick me out and the city is about to fine me. Ed
ya'll keep getting it after it's done it's biz over here too.. we were in the middle of trying to figure out water rationing and this rainy season just blew in outta nowhere.. they're predicting a dry 4th but i think that's optimistic.... i hope things don't get too serious over there..
Hey Sidelt....phone man for SBC. Come on down here and fix my phone. I have the big fix service package thing. SBC tells me yesterday that they wont come out and fix my phone till Friday.....maybe Monday, no later than the 8th.
My SBC phone says line in use.......nothing but an open line no matter what extension I use. At least its Thursday, and they might show tomorrow.
I have yet to dry out enough to clean up from the last flood we had. I guess thats a blessing in disguise. Now its just one clean up instead of two.
