Blown fuse?

I plugged in a ac adapter to the power supply, and now its not working. Could I have blown something? I checked the fuses, and they all look good.

What isn't working, the AC adapter, or the power supply? I suppose you have tried something else at that power point to make sure the adapter isn't faulted?

I'd start by changing the fuse anyway. You know how they are, at times they blow "cool" and don't necessarily show the separation, or black. If that still won't work, you may have to trace the wires for a short, although, I doubt that they would short before the fuse blew. Not familiar with the wiring of a 99 but don't they have two fuse panels? One under the dash and one under the hood?

I just looked in my manual. It's an 03, most likely different but, my powerpoint is fused with the instrument panel and the lighter is fused with the OBD II computer. Are you sure yours is fused together? Starting to sound like whatever your plugging in isn't grounding right or maybe isn't connecting.

Check both fuse boxes, I looked forever one night and missed it, the next day I found it. I ended up running a dedicated line because I blew the fuse a few times, once it was under the hood but the rest were in the box under the dash.
