Jesse,
1st off, You gotta use a different font, Impact Font is definitely too intense!
2nd, welcome to FTE 61-66 forum page. ALways glad to see new members here in the forum. Now to get on to your opening question. . . . .
A 352, other wise known as a FE engine (from FE Group) was not available until 1965 in F Series Fords, so as far as being a drop in-bolt up swap it's a NO. . .
But there are engine mount kits, crossmember conversions & so forth along with other options available now which make this retrofit easily possible.
If you have the skills and resources you can also fabricate the needed components for the conversion, as we had to do before they became commercially available in after market parts and custom accessories shops.
The main problem is engines 64 & earlier used front mounts with side/ trans mounts on bell housing & from 65 or later, engines were side center mounted and used a rear engine/ trans X member to support trans & rear engine weight.
As far as size in your engine bay there's plenty of room for an FE, even a 385 series such as a 429 or 460, or smaller diesel engine have room to spare in the engine bay.
Hope this helps you.
