Seat belt question

This is about my brother's truck, a 2003 crew cab f150. He has three kids now and wants to be able to put them all in the back seat. Trouble is, the middle seat has only a lap belt. Does anyone know if there's some kind of kit out there for putting in a shoulder harness, Ford, aftermarket, whatever? Or is this something he's going to have to fab up himself? Do any of their crew cabs come with center shoulder belts?

I cant think of any trucks with a rear center shoulder harness.
I really dont like the idea of fabbing up something to fit due to liability concerns etc.
Maybe someone will come along with a better answer.

Several cars now offer 3 shoulder belts in the rear seat as a standard, even a small car such as a Hyundai Sonata. This is something Ford should address, as many families are going to trucks.
