92 Explorer cold stall
[updated:LAST EDITED ON 24-Oct-02 AT 05:01 PM (EST)]I am new and I have looked and searched this site for several days but no one seems to have the same problem I am having.
On cool to cold days my Explorer will start,run, and drive fine until I get down the road about a half mile then when I stop at a stop sign it will die and is very hard to get restarted and stay started. After it is restarted I can not put my foot on the gas for several min's or it will die.
Now if I let it idle for 10 to 15 min's before taking off it seems fine.
I am going to clean the MAF and the IAC accoding to the post I have seen but want to see if anyone else has a suggestion.
I also have an intermitten check engine light but it never stays on for long periods of time.
