or Josh Gracin's new CD. If you haven't heard of him, his current song out is
I Want to Live.
I have a few as does my wife. Pink Floyd's The Wall as well as Gordon Lightfoot's greatest hits amd Jorney Escape are among my favorites. Can you tell I grew up in the 70's and 80's?
I have about 100 CD's, covering every type of music from what my grandfathers called "Country & Western" to pop to classic rock... I'll hear a song somewhere and decide I have to have it, so I go and find a CD that has it and buy it... makes the collection add up pretty quickly.
I started buying them in 1989, so I have a few. I have no clue how many I have, or even where the majority of them are. Probably a good thing. I'm sure I would be beaten about the head for listening to some of the crap I bought back then But to add something of use to this thread, the last three I bought were Velvet Revolver, 311 (Best of 93-03) and A Perfect Circle (Thirteenth Step) I've really cut my CD purchases in the last year, buying maybe 5 in that time.
Well I just happened to be downtown tonight and got almost all of mine stolen( I have 3 CD's now). Including my dig. camera and my Oakley's they got about $2600 worth of my stuff.
Hm...And people wonder why everything I have is garbage. It's not because I'm a slob, it's because theives are more likely to go to the neighbor's house!
Unless it's the fiancee's jealous ex-husband coming around to start trouble, stealing tools outta the garrage...
