91 Explorer won't start
91 Explorer won't start when cold (-5C). The solenoid just clicks. Last week the starter seemed to be dragging when starting. I had the battery checked, it was fine. The starter was checked and it was drawing a lot of amps, so I changed the starter with a recycled one. It sounded much better. The next morning it wouldn't start only click. I checked all wiring and cables were tight. The clicking was the solenoid so I changed it. Everything fine again till the next morning. Click, click click ^&$^(&)*& start. I read that the positive cable can get corroded inside the covering. Can this be the problem? Or what else might it be?
