Question

cold air intake?

I have a 86 f150 with a 302. the engine is out of an 91 f150. I want to put a cold air intake on it. should I get one for a 91 302 or an 86. The air box sits on top of the engine , instead of off to the drivers side like on all the other 302 trucks I've owned. will it really matter what kit I get for it. Will one for a 91 fit the same as an 86? any help would be great.

maybe a nice cotton filter from ebay on a 3" pipe would work better
