Please help me SOON!!!

Looking at a 99' PSD with 108,000 miles XLT power everything, new windshield, torque converter and brakes. Ext cab short bed, 8" lift w/ 37" MTR's on 16.5 Weld Typhoons. There asking 21,999. Should I do it!??!? Truck is very clean. Its in California so no rust

kelly bule book puts that truck at about $17500, $21999 sounds a little high www.kbb.com

Sounds way too high for me...When I bought my '00 in '02, I only paid $26K, although, it is a V10, and not a PSD. But, it is a Lariat, and only had 17K miles.

Edmund's puts retail at $16500-$17500, depending on condition (16500 clean, 17500 outstanding). And I added for EVERY available option (except the lift, whatever that would be worth on a 5-year-old, 100,000-mile truck). $21,999? No way...........
