I have a 1991 f-150 302 EFI. when I turn the key to the start position nothing happens. but then I use a screw driver and jump between the two terminals on the starter relay switch it starts right up. already replaced the ignition switch what else could cause the no start problem? the starter relay switch is also new.

 

Try putting the shifter in neutral. If this works replace neutral safety switch.
