The first thing is to make sure there is no pressure in the tank. If you're not sure or if it does have pressure in it you should take to an LPG dealer or repair place and get them to bleed it off.
The tank and lines should come out easily by unbolting them. The mixer and vaporizer should also just unbolt. Hopefully the air intake hoses weren't butchered and can be hooked up easily again. The electrical part of it may be more complicated depending on what all they tied into.
