Differential fill plug HELP!

I am looking at the 10 bolt diff cover on my 97 Expy 2wd. It is leaking and I want to check the level. WHERE IS THE FILL PLUG? fOR THAT MATTER WHERE IS THE DRAIN PLUG. I don't get it, no plugs.

No drain plug. To remove the fluid, loosen the bolts and pry the bottom of the cover off. The oil will drain out.

Shouldn't there be a fill plug on the driver side of the case, just above the cast web?
