epoxy primer

can you paint over epoxy primer with acrylic enamel paint

Without a doubt. Epoxy is an excellent base for any auto paint.

If you have exceeded the epoxy's topcoat time, make sure you scratch the epoxy (with 400 grit) before you apply the AE.
