Question F-150 Computer Box

I am looking to purchase a Diablo chip for my truck but I need to find the computer box. I have looked under the hood, on the firewall, and behind the driver-side kickplate. Do I need to remove the steel panel that has the emergency brake attached to it?
Under the dash in the middle I found a box that is inside a blue plastic cover. It looks like the correct dimensions for the computer box, but the numbers on it (F5TF-14B056BA) don't correspond with a computer box number.

Thanks for any help!!

It's accessed from the engine compartment, firewall area right against the drivers side fender. All you will see is the wires and plug.
