This just started about three months ago...while starting to move from a stop, when stepping on the gas the motor seems to "burp"/stall ever so slightly. Only last for a nano second, then power picks up and everything is fine. This has happened about twice a month now. After reading posts here for a while now I am suspecting the CPS is going out. BTW the truck is a '95 F250 PSTD 4X4. Anyone got any ideas?

Check the fuel regulator screen to make sure it's clean, same for the fuel filter. The screen is on the top right of the fuel bowl with the lid removed. Use Q-tips and GENTLY clean the screen. If the fuel filter and screen cleaning don't make a difference, check the fuel pressure. There's a valve on the FPR. If all else fails, change the CMP Sensor.
All of the above steps before actually changing the CMP Sensor are fairly cheap, so try them first. Even from International, the CMP Sensor or "CAMP Sensor" as they call it is just under $100. Here's a couple links on changing it in case you need them:
