Side Mirror Replacement - 99' Explorer

Hey everyone,

Going to tackle this job over the weekend. Will be replacing the passenger side mirror. It looks as if the door panel will have to come off in order to get this done.

Does anyone have any advise or information on what I may run into or any problems that could come up. Any info invited. Thanks
