oil filter help

ok not sure if this is beating a dead horse....... but does anyone know of a good oil filter socket for the new f150 5.4? went to go buy one and it seems they didn't have any at walmart. any help would be greatly appreciated. part # and place of purchase would be great. i don't want to spend all day trying to get the damn thing off like others have said on here. thanks again

I picked up a filter wrench at Western Auto for around $4 and it works pretty good. The first oil change was a bear though...... don't think they lube the gasket from the factory so it is pretty solid, I think the part number was FL-820 but don't quote me.

I bought a metal end-type wrench that works with a standard 3/8" ratchet and extension that is specifically made to fit the flutes on the Motorcraft FL-820S filter. It was about $4 at AutoZone. Works perfectly.

A flexible handle filter wrench is good for that first factory oil filter, but other than that a standard filter cup with a 3/8" ratchet works well
