5.0 Exhaust
i have a 1988 f-150 4x4 5.0 fuel injected truck with 255 000 miles. It runs great except it spent its entire life here at the jersey shore. My truck passed for emmisions and when i was driving home i heard a crack and my truck sounded a lot louder. My sehast pipe broke off the fron of the muffler and is just hanging there. Mow the cover just fell of of my catalic converter. My converter seems to be in good shape but the rest of myt exhaust is really rusty. I was wonderinbg do i have to replace my converter or just try and rebolt the cover on to it. I alsowant a deeper sound to my truck so does anybody know where i can get a cheap dual exhaust kit for my truck or just replace it wiht stock pieces a lot cheaper. Any suggestions.

replacing it with stock would be cheaper... i did true dual flowmaster exhaust, and it cost me a pretty penny and i did most of the work myself.... personally i love how my truck sounds, go get some 40 series flowmaster mufflers, 2.5" exhaust and do it 
but thats just me..... if your not looking to blow too much cash, you can get a flowmaster that will go in there, or jsut replace stock.
