1997 for explorerne day the power windows, dome light, wipers(front and rear)stop working. The door locks work.Checked all the fuses not 1 is bad.Replaced the wiper relays which were probably good, still does'nt work.Replaced the delay relay still have the problem.Don't know if maybe the ignition switch is causing the trouble.Any similar problems from other owners?Any suggestions are appreciated.THX
I think the GEM module has control over all of these functions. If you have axcess to some wiring diagrams with trouble shooting information you can avoid paying for diagnostics.

Well here's the solution to my problem, hope it will help someone with similar situation in the future.I narrowed the problem down to the GEM module and i took a chance and bought one. It's located right behind the radio panel and to the left.Getting to it was easy, just remove front radio panel(pull it out after removing 2 screws).Just before I replaced it I wiggled the wiring just to make sure it had a good connection, but it wasnt until i tapped on it when all the electrical functions started working again.Oh well that's a $170.00 dollar lesson. Before you replace something electrical just give it a whack first....

I didn't realize my ex-wife was perusing these forums... she didn't whack me often enough to keep my attention.
