Grease fitting type?

Does anyone know which type or size grease fitting is necessary to lube everything underneath the Explorer?

EDIT: It's a 1996 5.0

There was no grease fittings on my 95 sports 4x4.
I replaced the lower ball joints with Moog greaseable one when they went south. Now, I have to grease the lower ball joints only.

I remeber taking in my 96 Explorer to the stealer once for an oil change. I mentioned to them that I hear a grinding sound coming from probably the ball joints whenever I backup from a driveway onto the street or make a sharp turn.
The stealer told me that they lubed the joints as they performed the oil change; he said thry always lube the joints.

Recently I've started hearing the noise again. So I was wondering whether this was a DIY job.

Thanks
