I had a problem with both of my Ford Explorer am/fm /single cd players. On cool damp days with the headlights on the radio lights would flicker like it had a short. I just returned from the dealer and they told me this was a un-announced recall. They are replacing it with a ford am/fm/cassette/cd player for free. Thought this might help out some other owners of this radio, as I'm sure it wasn't just installed in the Explorers.
