If you have factory power door locks, Ford offers both an add-on keyless entry system (about $200 list) and a keyless entry/security system (about $275 list). You can get them on-line at about a 10-20% discount from lots of dealers who list nationally (search for Ford OEM Parts).
Dealer installation is recommended, but if you take your time, installation is easily do-able by the average shade tree mechanic.

I added a keyless entry to my E-450 that had power door locks. Bought it at Pep Boys, for about $40, and it took about 4 hours to install. It was Bulldog brand and their instructions and customer assistance were good. Lights blink on lock, and stay on for about 10-20 seconds on open... No horn beep, though.
