I have to replace my front bumper on my 04 SD Crew w/sport package ( I was an unfortunate hit/run recipient) and i want to replace it with a chrome bumper instead of a painted one... Will a 2002 bumper bolt right up? I've seen, on the net, that there are some for paltinum package... not platinum package... and BFT Sport Package.... all I'll be using is the bumper, not the lower valance ( I'll use my current one) and I dont care if it has the factory lights or not ( I have a Bull Bar with off road lights) so before I spend the $, can someone tell me if it will bolt on....no mods
My 99' and 04' F-350's both bolted on in the same place, the only difference was, the 04' had the blocker beam, ( preventing cars from going under the truck's bumper more)and there were a couple more brackets on the outside corners back to the frame, making the bumper's outside corners stronger.
hope this helps . Later,,,,,,,,,,Mark
Since we are talking about front bumpers I need one for my 03 F250 Lariat. Another one of those farming accidents. I do have fog lights on the truck if that matters. A new one is just to far out of $$ range. Anyone know of a used one or where I might look to find one?
i also need a new front bumper, plus grill, etc, any cool options, 2001 f 350 white, was gunna put an excursion grill, paint the center white and paint the bumper white? well do a white bumper or should i jsut paint the plastice piece in the bumper white and leave the chrome, anything cool out there, i cant find anything?
The only front bumpers I could find on ebay were from "the take off king" in channelview TX and they were $300.00.... w/$105 shipping... am I looking in the wrong place.. I'm just wondering because I have a tentative deal with Chris in ILL that advertised here on our website but I want have a "contingent" plan in case something happens.... also, I dont understand the "platinum pkg" versus "non platinum"... could someone explain that to me..
