Wheel Stud Removal

To pull the new stud back in, get a new nut or 2 and several flat washers. Start the bolt thru the hole, pile on the washers, and put one nut on the stud with the flat side against the washers then screw it down. This will pull the stud into the hole like a reverse press.

May want to lubricate everything well before starting, and throw away the pulling nut when finished. Be careful not to strip the replacement stud.
