I just want to thank everyone on this site for all their insight. It really helped pass the time while waiting for my truck to be built. I upgraded from a 97' F150 reg cab XL (V6) to a black 04' F250 4x4 Lariat super cab w/ long bed (V8)! Got everything but the heated seats (don't need them in New Orleans). Paid $33,600 for it including TTL.
Just got it today, and it is a head turner!
Getting Line-x and a bed mat first. Then, a deezee chest box, wheel well boleft side), a Geneva sidebed storage system (right side), truckbed front and side rail protector, and a full tailgate protector.
i can't decide if i should go with the black or bright diamond. the truck is black cept for the bumpers, rims, and the factory cab steps bright. Any thoughts?
Personally, I think I would go with the bright diamond. The black gets really hot in the sun (cooking the stuff inside) and after awhile will have the possibility of fading.
If you are getting Line-X why would you need a bed mat?
