performance chips/engine tuners on E series

Anyone know if the wiring harness / ECU is the same in the E series as the F series? i would eventually like to boost the performance of my 6.0 but there is no point dreaming about the power gains you guys talk about if i cant use the performance parts on my E-SD.

i want some plug and play too!
