98 X: Power attenna wont retract while moving above 5 MPH. The motor whines but no dice.
It works 90% of the time at a dead stop, 10% it needs a very very light push.
Is it just a weak motor, or did i over lube it and it cant get a grip?

With antenna extended all the way out, wipe down to clean and then apply small amount of any silicone lube. Watch fender for any over-runs when you retract antenna.
If there's an audible grinding inside the vehicle when antenna isn't moving, the plastic track is probably stripped. Far as I know, you'll need to replace whole unit. There are some units available at parts stores for a LOT less than dealer.
Also- Make sure antenna isn't bent, it doesn't take much of a bend for it not to work.
