Well, Kinda hard to say I guess. Scale of 1 to 5, 1 being rattel can and 5 being concourse, I'd say a 3 or 4.
Mechanically its pretty straight. Been used but not abused, Just looking for a Facelift before handing off to my Son.

Personally I dont know squat about Paint other than what Ive seen or been told by others.
My initial thought was to run it down to MAACO for the Supreme or Signature paint job, but a Buddy gave me a referral for a Shop he used a few years back. They quoted the same price for a better paint job.
Cost him around $1500 on a 240z, Cleaned up the body, removed and re-installed the trim etc etc, great looking 2 stage/2 color paint.

...Unfortunately, seems like they're no longer in business.

my best luck with painting is to find a small to medium sized paint shop, make friends with a few painters and than get one of them to shoot it as a side job.

Thanks for the Idea, but that doesnt really work for me. I just want to drop the truck off, have it painted and be done with it.

it wouldnt hurt to check out some different places...money talks right now and a lot of businesses are hurting.

My brother also recommended impact auto body...mckellips and higley in mesa

I used to take a bunch of cars to Samson Body Shop 257 W Broadway (Mesa dr) when I drove a tow truck.

Carcoa is listed as red mountain collision emain at val vista

I had to look for some old business cards...
