My roomate went to the same highschool as one of the men lost in Afghanistan, my roomates mom and the soldiers mom were friends.
It is a sad event...and probably preventable. And emotions are running high here.
And it makes me angry when people say Canadians don't pull their weight. I'm thinking Vimy Ridge (1st war) Dieppe Beach (2nd)war - or even the local boys keeping hte north atlantic open from 39-45
